TRIFON HAITAS, Green

As a seasoned documentary filmmaker and journalist, Trifon Haitas was inspired to run in the federal election for the Green Party of Canada by his young children. He now continues in his belief in the importance of electing Green representatives as the party's representative in the Ontario election.

Trifon's hope is that Oak Ridges-Markham, which encompasses a significant area of the Greenbelt, will make Ontario history and elect Ontario's first Green Party representative on October 6, 2011.
