MY MISSION STATEMENT:

The “Booming” Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville needs a New Mayor. A good one!

Someone determined to serve its people and Will be our new leader towards a more progressive community.

MY VISION & STRATEGIC ACTION PLANS…

THE YOUTHS & SENIORS ARE VERY CLOSE TO MY HEART.

I lost my 17-years old son, my father, and more recently my mother.

They are my driving inspirations to support programs and projects that empower Youths & Seniors

I WILL:

1. Help Build Affordable Housing for Seniors, Veterans and Low Income Canadians, “Market Rent, Geared to Income”.
2. Create New Jobs, Negotiate Offices of Federal/Provincial Governments to our Town;
3. Work hard to Build a New Catholic High School, “The School is the Book in which is written the future of the Nation”.
4. Help Build a New Indoor Tennis and Basketball Sports Centres, “Strong Body, Healthy Minds”;
5. Encourage replacement of “Portable Classrooms” in Catholic/Elementary Schools to permanent building extensions conducive to learning environment, and for the health and safety of our Youths, “the Hope of our native land”.
6. Promote the Town to encourage New Health Clinics and New Physicians to move to our Town;
7. Introduce Zoning By-Law Status Certificate to facilitate “due diligence” on Official Plan Amendments;
8. Stop snow plow operators deliberately blocking your driveways of heavy ice and compacted snow;
 

COMMUNITY SERVICE IS MY TOP PRIORITY.

As a businessman-realtor, I begin each day with service in mind. I talk to members of the community and survey the areas real estate.

Knowledge of the land and existing Zoning By-Law of properties, and its people are very important in my planning and development objectives.

But, the October 27, 2014 Elections is not about me.

It is about WE, the people of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

Together, WE WILL:

1. Incorporate a New WS HOSPITAL FOUNDATION in order for us to start Fundraising to Build Our Own New Hospital
2. Build State- of- the- Art Civic Centre to serve and accommodate a Population of about 63,000 by 2025
3. Get involved in the Planning and Sustainable Development and Improvements of our Town;
4. Improve the Town’s Infrastructure Programs to attract Overseas and Local Investors for Business Growth, New Employment Opportunities;
5. Replace Old Blue Plastic Bins with bigger containers with lid cover to avoid litter on streets and parks.
